Bracelet size: adjustable (max. 25 cm).

Material: polyester string - very good quality. Width: approx. 1,5 mm

Pendant - Dumbbell dimensions: approx. 0,6 cm wide x 2 cm long
Material: metali alloy; without nickel, lead or cadmium.
